Laura Jane Training Academy provides every one of our students with the best training, mentoring and advice possible. Courses are flexible, there is no time limit on completion (online). Learning should be fun, enjoyable, and fit around your lifestyle.

With Online courses you will receive access to your own student portal to guide you through your chosen course. You will also receive friendly, online tutor support throughout your course. You will gain intensive theory and practical knowledge to help you grow into an establishing super successful career.

With Face 2 Face courses you will also receive access to your own student portal to complete your theory of your course online. Upon completion of your theory work, you will come into the academy to complete your practical element, more information of this will be provided once signed up onto your chosen course.

Upon completion of your course, you will receive a certificate qualifying you to carry out the service you have always wanted to!

So, here is a little information about me....

My name is Laura Jane. I have over 12 years of experience in the hair, beauty, and aesthetics industry both as a practitioner and an educator. I have a huge passion for helping others to succeed in their career. I enjoy learning but most of all teaching. Straight away I can assure you that you are in the BEST of hands.

In 2017, I opened by first hair and beauty salon, which quickly developed into two! I passed my Education and Training course in the late 2019 and opened 'Laura Jane Training Academy'. I began teaching face to face courses, which I absolutely love!
Sadly, 2020 was an awful year for many businesses due to COVID-19, after a very slow reopening and the intense restrictions being in place, I felt I couldn't safely teach, so unfortunately, I took a back-step on the academy and focused more on the salon rather than teaching. Sadly, I had to close one salon but thankfully the other remained thriving. Things started beginning to look a little more 'normal' by 2022 so I started teaching face to face again! I absolutely loved seeing my students thrive and opening their own businesses with the confidence they gained through the training I provided. Using all the skills i have developed over the years, from salons to business, I have a wide variety of knowledge ready to give to others.

In 2022, I found out I was pregnant so began researching online courses as I knew I would be out on maternity for a little while, I found there is a need for online courses as some people wish to learn around their commitments and families. Hence why I now offer online and face to face courses!
