All our courses are designed to meet the requirements of in class learning, while adapting to fit into your lifestyle by offering these courses online. All lessons are easy to follow, no matter your level of skill or experience, you can follow at your own pace.

Our platform is optimised for all devices, so you can do these courses anytime, anywhere. Upon enrolment, you will have access to your student portal, in here you will gain access to your course content. Courses are divided into modules, each module must be completed and passed before moving onto the next.

Upon completion of the course, you will be required to take a theory quiz. To obtain your certification, you may be required to provide case studies, once these have been approved and we are certain you are knowledgeable and safe to carry out the treatment, we will issue your certificate.

We have worked hard to develop the best method for your learning. In order to keep this going to the best standards as possible, we have established a feedback form to give our students.

There are many similarities between classroom and online learning. For example, the course content in both, is designed to get you working competently in the industry. Both methods also deliver content with practical application. However, while face-to-face learning can offer in-person feedback, online courses provide you with replay able, informative and detailed videos, with unlimited access to online help, 24/7.

This means that instead of rearranging your life to fit in a scheduled timetable, you are able to learn in a time frame and location which suits you. Online courses have no time limits, no matter your pace or lifestyle, you can learn the art of your new career.

Upon logging into your student portal, you will find your course material. There will be step by step instructions on how to complete the theory and practical elements of the course within the welcome letter.

Remember, there is no time limit to complete the course so you can learn at your own pace.

In order to complete the course, read through the course material and complete the assessments. Upload your case studies and that’s all is needed from you.

Once you have completed all the above, your assessments will be assessed, upon completion and qualifying the course, your certificate will be available to download.

Hard copies can be purchased at a cost of £9.99 plus postage and shipping. These will be available to purchase from the shop.

Your course materials will be ready in your student login portal immediately upon receipt of payment, so you can get started straight away with your course.

All our courses are designed to reflect and optimise the standards of learning within the classroom. This means that our students will leave with the skills needed to work in the industry. Depending upon the course you study, you can learn the necessary skills to work as a Nail Technician, Masseuse, Lash Technician, Waxing Specialist, Beauty Therapist, Make Up artist, Hair Extensionist, Brow Artist, and much more.

Some of these professional’s work in more than one area of expertise as these services are usually offered simultaneously within salon environments, so it is always advantageous to have more than one skill beneath your belt. However, if you only wish to study one area, our courses will prepare you for work as an industry professional in the area you have chosen.

Our courses are an excellent starting point for those who have a passion for the industry and wish to learn new skills. Completion of our courses will give you essential knowledge and all the necessary skills to work in a salon, or even start your own business!

Our courses are accredited with Course Accreditation Worldwide (CA), Association Beauty Therapists (ABT), CPD Index or CPD . These courses will provide you with a full qualification and can obtain insurance to continue in the industry whether working in a salon or running your own business.

Our courses are CPD index verified so you will gain CPD points for your Continuing Professional Development.

Some of our courses operate as short courses / masterclasses. This means they are not accredited by any awarding body. However, we focus on building the necessary skills to become competent in your field. It is important to use that you can perform professional, high-quality work.

This skills-based approach to your certification means that if you have earned the qualification from our platform, then you will have the necessary professional skills to match.

After completing your course, you will receive a certificate of completion to verify your formal education which will allow you to work in a salon or run your own business.

Before taking any of our courses, you must make sure you are able to gain insurance to carry out the treatment / service, we are not held reliable if this is the case, it is your responsibility, no refunds will be given.

All courses are certification or accredited, this can be found on each course description.

No kits are included with the courses. You may be required to purchase equipment and products to carry out case studies, to complete the course, this will be explained in the course description before purchasing a course. If you aren’t sure, please email [email protected] for more support.

Students must be aged 16 and over. With regret, due to insurance reasons, we are unable to accept students under 16 years old.

Please note, some insurers will only provide public liability insurance (beauty therapist insurance) for working with the general public to those aged 18 years and over.

Please check with your insurance company BEFORE purchasing a course to make sure they will cover you for the course you are studying.

There is no time limit on completion of our online courses, you can go as fast or as slow as you please. Our platform is designed for you to learn at your own pace, in your own time.

Our courses are individually prices but designed to make a minimal impact on your budget, while delivering big results. We have priced each course with this goal in mind. However, if any of our courses are still out of your price range, we will try to look into payment plans to suit your needs.

You will 100% be supported, not just during your course, but also after you have completed your course. We love to see your progression into the industry and watch you become successful. If your assessment does not quite reach the required standard, its not a problem!

We will assess your work and give you feedback whether you pass or not yet passed the assessment. If not yet passed, we will offer you more guidance as to what needs to be improved for you to become successful and will invite you to re-submit your assessment.

This does not necessarily mean redoing the whole assessment, so please do not panic.

The most common reasons for being asked to re-submit the assessment are missing required images/videos or misunderstanding what is required of you to provide. You will only need to re-submit anything which is missing or needs improvement.

We will then reassess and continue this process until we are happy you have completed the required standards of practice in order for you to complete your qualification.

YES, everyone in the industry must hold full insurance before providing ANY treatments on anyone, this includes practicing before qualified also!

It is your responsibility to check with your potential / existing insurance provider to ensure you can gain public liability insurance, business insurance and any council licence requirements BEFORE booking onto our courses. We will NOT be held responsible for you not being able to obtain insurance following our courses.

You will be required to take theory quizzes throughout the course and must pass with at least 70% pass rate. This will show us you have the knowledge of what is required before moving on to the practical assessment.  

In addition to this, you will need to take videos / images of your practical work and submit these as case studies via your student portal for us to assess your practical skills.

Purchasing a course alone without submitting any case studies does not provide you with a qualification. You must submit your assessments for evidence to show you are competent to carry out this service / treatment to the required standard within the industry.

All the above will be assessed prior to passing your qualification. Upon passing this, you will receive your certificate.

As with all certifications, some minimal practical requirements need to be met in order to receive your qualification. These will be submitted via in depth photo / video evidence and assessed to ensure you meet all standards, and feedback will be given on each individual submission. However, these assessments are designed with one intention: to teach you professional beauty skills and for you to be able to practice these skills safely.

As there is no time limit on our courses, you can take as long as you need to reach the minimum practical requirements of the course.

Yes, absolutely, we encourage you to do this. Once you have worked your way through the training manual, you can then complete your practical skills on a mannequin head, nail training hand or a live model.

We recommend you practice several times before completing your final assessment to gain confidence and before submitting to us to be assessed.

We like to complete assessments as soon as possible, as we know you will be excited to get started within the industry.

Typically, your assessment will be marked within 10 working days. However, if we have a huge number of assessments submitted at the same time, this can take a little longer. Exams will be marked instantly via the student portal. However, you will not have your final result until all your assessments have been marked.

If you pass the theory exams and are still waiting for your practical assessment to be marked, you are NOT yet qualified.

You must wait for all materials to be marked and feedback will be given before completing any treatments on paying clients.

Most of our courses are suitable for beginners and do not require any prior experience or learning. Learners of all abilities are welcome to complete our courses. Many of our students had zero experience or knowledge within the industry prior to coming to us.However, some courses may require a prior qualification. This will be listed in the course content prior to booking onto the course. Please contact us if any additional information is required.
